Opening the account, clearing the identity checks and getting back in when something breaks. Starting with the two answers that cannot be corrected afterwards.
Open an Account18+. New customers only. Wagering and full terms apply.
Registration takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing. Most of the form is reversible: an address corrected, a phone number replaced, a password reset. Two answers are not.
The first is the account currency. It comes from a dropdown, applies to every stake, win, bonus credit and payout, and is not changed afterwards. If it does not match the currency your bank holds, every deposit and withdrawal is converted at a rate carrying a margin that is never itemised. Choose the currency you actually hold, not the one with the friendliest symbol.
The second is the welcome track. The casino and sportsbook offers are alternatives, picked once: 100% up to €500 with 200 free spins for slots and tables, or 100% up to €100 for betting. Support will not swap them later.
You can play before verifying, but nothing leaves the account until the checks clear. Uploading documents on registration day removes the wait from your first payout.
| Stage | Usual wait |
|---|---|
| Automatic checks at registration | Immediate |
| Document review once uploaded | Up to 24 hours |
| First payout after approval | E-wallets 6–24 hours, cards 1–3 days |
Rejections are nearly always technical, not suspicious: a blurred photograph, a cropped edge, a bill outside the window, or a name spelled differently from the account.
Use the reset link rather than trying again. Repeated failures can lock the account, and a lock is cleared by support rather than by waiting.
Check the spam folder, then the address you typed. A mistyped email is the commonest registration failure and only support can correct it.
Usually a verification hold or a limit you set yourself; live chat can say which within minutes. Do not open a second account: duplicates are closed and their bonuses voided.
Sessions expire by design, and the home-screen shortcut stores no credentials. Signing in again is normal rather than a fault.
The welcome offer applies to your first qualifying deposit.
Use a password that appears nowhere else and switch on two-factor authentication if it is offered. Avoid public wifi, and never open the cashier on a shared connection.
The casino will not ask for your password; a message that does is not from the casino, whatever address it seems to come from. Payment methods must be in your own name. That is a licensing rule, so someone else's card fails at verification even if the deposit went through.
